Bernd, beer and big celebrations were the order of the day as the third round of the Made in Denmark produced another thrill ride at Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort.

Here is everything you need to know from Saturday in Farsø.

Bernd back in the groove

It may have taken Bernd Wiesberger a while to find his feet again after a seven month absence last year due to a wrist injury but the Austrian showed why he is a four time European Tour winner on moving day. He fired his lowest round of the season with a 67 that moved him to nine under and gave him a one shot lead over Scot Robert MacIntyre. Wiesberger is yet to claim a top ten in 12 events so far this season but he could be set to complete his comeback in emphatic fashion.

A game of two halves for Wilson

It's safe to say that after seven holes of his third round, Oliver Wilson will have been feeling pretty fed up. A trio of bogeys had dropped him back to level par and the leaders were beginning to resemble a dot on the horizon. But a birdie on the 11th provided a spark and another gain came on the next before the Englishman went eagle-birdie-birdie from the 14th. Out in 39, home in 29, and just three shots off the lead. "It's golf isn't it? It's weird. It's a ridiculous game," he said. It certainly is, Ollie.

Southgate's passion

Matthew Southgate has often cut an emotional figure on the European Tour and with his story, who could blame him? He was in tears on the final green at the Qualifying School in 2015 as, just two months after undergoing an operation following a diagnosis of testicular cancer, he reclaimed his place on the European Tour. He showed emotion at the 2016 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open as he finished fourth in front of big crowds and on Saturday in Denmark, he produced this after an unlikely par on the 16th. Never change, Matt.

Everybody loves the beer tent at the 14th

The players have been enjoying walking through the beer tent to get to the 14th tee, with Andrew Johnston stealing the show on Friday, but Beef has got nothing on Jamie Donaldson. The Welshman broke out his best Michael Jackson moves as he made his way through, delighting the punters lining the walkway.

Lucas' Biergarten

We've got Himmerland Hill, Thorbjørn's terrace and now Lucas' Biergarten. They love to honour their home heroes here at the Made in Denmark and Lucas Bjerregaard now has his own beer garden where the fans can enjoy a cold drink in the spring sunshine.
